Ridgecrest Terrace Apartments

I recently rented an apartment at Ridge Crest and I have to say that the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The management team, Dornell and Britney Sinclair, have been incredibly helpful and responsive to all of my needs. They have made sure that my move-in process was seamless and have gone above and beyond to ensure that my stay here is comfortable and stress-free. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I need to feel at home. I couldn't be happier with my decision to live at Ridge Crest and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home

From what I can see from the outside, it is an old but well maintained apartment complex. If you look carefully, note that some of the buildings have new roofs. That sounds great unless you know why. That area is hit by sheer winds periodically. If you live here make sure you have renter's insurance - especially if you live on the top floor.

Horrible, Infested With Rats And Roaches. Maintenance won’t come fix anything no matter if you call the emergency line or not. You have to threaten to call the news for someone to come do anything. Will file paperwork on you and claim they notified you but actually she didn’t. My apartment has been having mold and mildew in it for the past 2 years due to the ac leaking and water gathering under the carpet. Still nothing has been done about it. If I could give 0 stars I would. They need to be torn down ASAP, fixing the outside is not helping the problems on the inside.

I went to visit my aunts and I haven't seen them in a long time. One of my aunts is kind of ill and needs attention.Her nurse can't help her because they will tow her car again.I cannot believe this is happening and yes I'm do something about this....ZERO STARS! I can't visit my aunts comfortably...unbelievable!!!

Every night and morning all you hear is gun shots. The police be over here all times of night and they be towing cars I give this a one these little kids be fighting and running around why people are trying to work they scream to it's a no for me
