Let me tell ya’ll It has been a great experience living here. The property management is very awesome and professional. I have no problems me and my neighbors look out for each other and I’ve been living here a year and six months. I’ve never had a problem with anyone. I pay my rent on Time, Ridgecrest Apartments is we’re home is at.if I could give a 10 star It would be given.

Don’t be fooled by these rent prices. There’s a clear reason why they’re so cheap. When I first moved in they had to move me to a whole new unit as the one I was going to be in was not ready. Which was fine but they literally told me a few days before my move in date. Walls are super thin that you can hear your upstairs neighbors talking. Slight inconvenience how everything is done in person such as paying rent and submitting maintenance requests or anything of that nature. Management can be very rude at times. My bedroom had a window full of dead bees all over the floor and window when I first moved in. I took pics and took to the office to show the manager and she kind of just dismissed what I showed her. Pest control never came. Only person who was nice and the reason why I’m giving 2 s

If zero stars were an option, I would have chosen that. The apartments weren’t great, but they were livable — and I didn’t expect much because of the lower rent and included water. What really frustrated me was the lack of professionalism from the staff and maintenance. There’s no online portal to submit maintenance requests, so you have to call — but even after repeated calls over months, our leaking bathtub was never fixed. I ended up emailing, and the response I got claimed I had never submitted anything. It felt like they were completely dismissing my concerns. My sister is sick and she ordered some medicinal herbs from Amazon but the mailbox wouldn't open... we alerted the office and they said that they couldn't do much but they would alert us whenever the UPS guy came... days go by

Moved from Oklahoma to Ft Worth told the agent I needed a ground floor because of 4 bulging discs in my back. Talked to them from Oklahoma and asked twice bottom floor right he said yes but when we showed up with everything we own with nowhere else to go was told that it was actually a second floor and the agent said that he never said that it was a bottom floor. Why would I rent a top floor apt when I have 4 bulging discs arthritis lupus and copd I am disabled. They will lie to rent.

Moved in November of last year and I've loved living here. The staff was very helpful throughout the whole process of applying and getting moved in. Anytime I'm in the office it is always welcoming and the staff are always ready to help. They never get frustrated with all the questions I ask, and always do their best to get me the answers I need. They are on top of maintenance request. Many times they come out the same day the request was put in. The maintenance staff are also very friendly and approachable. I never fear or worry when they have to stop by to look at something. They're also very knowledgeable and work quick to get the problem fixed. I've had so many issues with apartment maintenance in the past but here I've never had to worry, they take good care of the people living here.
