1 star is generous. This place was a nightmare. Finally got my security deposit (after 61 days) so I can write this review. Live quite literally anywhere else but here. Between the mold, maintenance issues that took 6 months to resolve, spotty communication with the office because there was always a new person working, and the false advertisement of a “renovated” unit this place was in no way, shape, or form worth what they are charging. Save your money and stay away from any OPUS owned properties. *picture of mold in utility room due to a poorly fixed leak*
Love the location of this place and the neighborhood and the office is great at responding to needs. Thanks again for great experience here.
A rip off! Advertisements on the website don’t align with what they have to offer. On top of that.. Called the office multiple times. No answer.
