Ridgecrest Apartments

I'm giving a good review just because Jordan (the new manager?) responded to my inquiry so quickly. I know the property is going through a rough time after the tornado, but sometimes we can only do what we can do. I wish him personally the very best.

WARNING: THEY WILL EVICT YOU IF YOU COMPLAIN! I lived here in 2022 & 2023. The metal stairs iced easily and had railings coming off, which was never fixed. I was given an apartment with no living room light and no bedroom light. Maintenance was slow. They had a clause in their lease saying they could evict you if you complain too much. I didn’t get evicted, because I was afraid of complaining. The rent was cheap but the bills were outrageously high. There was very little insulation in my apartment. What was there was old and thin. The electrical outlets were also put in place very poorly, and some didn’t even work. The water smelled disgusting for the first several months too. Plus, they didn’t have an online payment option.

Worst place you will ever live. Paid a deposit and pet deposit- then was charged another per deposit when I transferred to another building. My apartment was damaged in the tornadoes and they said they were giving deposits back. They gave me 100 dollars back and said the rest was non refundable. Do not move here. They are crooks and will screw you in any way possible.

OMG I don't know where to start but I must give a great THANK YOU and God bless you to our new Manager and staff. Customer service is everything Mrs. Lawanda and staff are so welcoming and so excellent. The property is literally one of the best I've ever rented. They are always handling the tenants with care are concern meanwhile handling things in such timely manner. I look forward to a resident for a very long time. Having great landlords is everything to me. Very satisfying🤗

Will be speaking to a lawyer about this apartment complex . My apartment Was broken into back in January Here it is May And I had to call someone to get it fixed because my apartment was unsafe for 4 months could not lock my doors or anything for 4 months Now my ac unit has went out can't get anyone to answer the after hours phone. I have been seeing roaches and the staff is rude. They are talking about eviction because I have with held the rent due to my apartment not being safe and the door can not be locked. They said it was my responsibility to put I. A ticket. I have and have emailed them more than once.
