If I could get away with giving it a zero I would. Our neighbors smoked indoors it was reported so many times with nothing being done. We are severely allergic and asthmatic with a newborn at the time. Maintenance guys were not helpful as our dishwasher broke month 3 out of the full 12 months we were there with multiple reminders ending with the last one of them threatening us not to call again they have bigger problems. Paid the 100 for two adults on application . Have no bad rental history nothing. Never heard back from them so I went up there to ask and they told me they had none available. Still says the available units online. Pretty much Rob you for your money and has many bad reviews already and just seemed wrong. For a family with 5 kids just felt really scammed especially with no contact back.

Owner kicks people out after cops are called because of maintenance man who is her boyfriend is abusing her and everyone could hear and see it. I have family who is being kicked out after being forced to live in unsanitary and unsafe condition.
