Ridge Manor Apartments

Management was sub-par towards the end. The original property manager that was present during the signing my lease had marked everything that was pre-existing I.E. missing cutting board and stained carpet within the living room. After documenting, with pictures and writing, I figured all was fine. New manager Denise comes in about 8 months in, and all solutions to concerns are "contact the office." Instead of genuinely fixing things, they would slap a bandaid on it, UNLESS you really got on them about it. Upon move, the list of everything that Kathy and I had made was disregarded, I was charged for the replacement of carpet and other "replacement items" that were previously identified. Advice from Denise was "contact the office" once again 9 out of 10 times, no one in the office answers

Lady giving the tour was 20 minutes late, wouldn't answer the phone, and was somehow offended when I asked questions. Seems like pretty hands off management

Dump poor management overpriced should be in the ghetto
