Ridge Court Apartments

Warning: when residents first move in, the galman associates will encourage/pressure you into writing a positive review. Hense why there are so many glowing reviews from people that moved in recently. 1/23/25 UPDATE So it's been a month since I've moved here. The parking lot situation is very annoying so I've resorted to street parking. Amazon/delivery will leave packages outside usually. The residents do a great job of moving packing inside the building so nothing gets stolen. My biggest issue is maintenance. If you put in a work order, prepare to wait AT LEAST A MONTH for it to be addressed. there only 3 maintenance people covering 3 buildings (Ridge Court, the Ridge, and the RidgeView). The apartment is leaking from my skylight due to all the ice on the roof, they are trying to charge me over $1700 for rent and utilities but have other apartments, same floor plan, prices for way cheaper online for new tenants. The office barely answers the phone or email and they are extremely short staffed.

My experience with the Galman Group has been truly seamless. From start to finish, their team, particularly Denise Walker, were incredibly responsive and helpful, always addressing my questions promptly and with a friendly demeanor. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised – clean, well-maintained, and providing a comfortable and inviting space.

I never been so miserable. After a huge intrusion by maintenance and them locking my cat in a closet, management has been less than supportive. You can’t call the office because no one answers. The walls are literally cracking because of how poorly it is put together. Parking is nonexistent, know that you have to make your own parking spaces. Trash is disgusting. Literally overflows and pours into the parking lot. The noise is absolutely ridiculous. Even corporate is worse. Getting in touch with the regional manager is impossible. A property manager doesn’t even last 6 months here. Poorly managed and just a travesty.

Writing this from a place of sadness and desperation. We've been here for a long time, hoping someday that pros will outweigh the cons. They haven't even come close. I could write a novel on the small (to us) issues that have mounted up, however they are no match for the incredibly disgusting rodent and insect problem. I won't fault Ridge Court for the large amount of centipedes, spiders, ants, and general bugs that get through the gaps in the walls. I think that has to do with the environment around the building more than anything. I can handle bugs but they are unfortunately not all that resides here. There is an obscene cockroach problem in these apartments that has been refused to be solved. So much so that it has kickstarted our home buying process in an effort to leave as soon as
