Ridge Carlton Apartments

I recently moved out of Ridge Carlton to relocate. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable apartment. When I inquired about the apartments, the management team was attentive, professional, and eager to help answer all my questions. Asiyah, the community manager, is fantastic! She's super friendly and helpful. The complex is modern and well-maintained, featuring beautifully landscaped grounds and clean common areas. I moved here in mid October. From the moment I visited the apartment back in August, I knew from the first visit that I wanted to move here. The manager was very kind and full of positivity. Since moving in, everyone I have met has been kind and inviting to me. The maintenance staff is happy, have been here a long time and care about the tenants. Everyone from Management to Maintenance are engaging and always helpful. I am very happy to be here. The lobby is inviting and no strange smells. It is very welcoming and safe. I haven't lived in an apartment before and so far this has been the best experience.

I moved here in 2020 when I was pregnant. My main concern was to find a place with amazing management because many of the issues I found with apartment complexes was poor management and I didn't want to be stuck with a newborn baby and poor management in the case that something went wrong in my apartment. Ridge Carlton had great reviews for their maintenance and they did not disappoint when I moved in. Anytime I reach out for a maintenance it is immediately handled even if it not an emergency. They have had everything on site and I have never had to wait for them to replace or fix anything. The service is superb. I have been so pleased with their management service. They even replaced my refrigerator with a brand new one and my dishwasher. No hassle, just results.

I have been a residence since Nov 2023 and happily renewed for another year. Great place to live. Maintenance is always on top of it. Location is great with lots of stores and restaurants on Ridge Ave with Main Street Manayunk in walking distance. Driving distance to other great places like Conshohoken and Plymouth Meeting. Very safe community with cameras and parking. Asiyah and the rest of the management is very friendly and proactive in keeping the community clean and secure. Very affordable living in a great area.

I have been living here for only 9 months and I can honestly say it’s a great place to live. Management (Asiyah )is amazing and she keeps you updated on all information needed and shes very timely in answering any issues. Neighbors are friendly and it’s a safe place to live.
