I was worried about going forward with them because of all the bad reviews, but after living in one of their properties for over a year I would definitely recommend it. The place I moved into was definitely dirty when I got here, but any issues I have with the house are quickly fixed when I give them a call

We’ve been renting from RL Soles since February. They’ve been so reliable and professional. When we’ve called for repairs..etc they’ve responded immediately. A handyman or electrician has been here within 48 hours maximum. When we go into the office to pay rent Love knows us by name. She’s always kind and hospitable.

Been with r l soles for about 1 year now with no problems with my one bedroom and they work with me. When I fall behind. Great. Customer service.

I wish I could have gave 0 stars these people are liars. I moved into a dirty roach infested bed bugs 1 bdrm apt. I was told they do not clean the apt nor exterminate for the Roaches. I myself paid an exterminator to come out which was very costly but the Roaches was so bad it had to be done, I refused to let the movers bring my furniture there with so many roaches. I used this apt for a stepping stone because I just moved to Durham and it was close to my school and job. Stayed there for almost 3 years moved out March 2024. Two months later I received a bill stating I owe for roaches, a damaged cabinet which was already broken holes in kitchen vinyl which were already there etc. Receiving this letter with no signature I was devastated of the lies and money they say I owed.
