Peg continues to harass us and send nasty texts. Extremely unprofessional. The house we rented was a dump, slapping up some trendy tile and white paint doesn’t change that. We had major plumbing and electrical issues within a week of moving in, I’m talking water gushing up through the basement bathroom floor, human waste backing up into the tub, our new stove malfunctioned and caught fire, the refrigerator never worked, so we were without functioning appliances for at least a week and without usable plumbing for a few days. We started seeing roaches very shortly after moving in, too soon for it to have been our fault (and we’ve NEVER had that issue before in all the years we’ve rented) and were told they don’t handle pest control and that they didn’t see any while they were renovating so w

We have rented from Richter Real Estate for 1.5 years. Throughout that time Peggy has been great to work with! She is very responsive and schedules repairs immediately. We will be renewing our lease!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! If I could give a zero star review I would. Peggy is probably the most unprofessional property manager I have ever rented from. We moved in to one of their duplexes off 124th & Q back in July 2014. The conditions of the house were terrible. The cobwebs, dust, dirty ceiling fans and dirty window screens that we noticed on the second showing and asked it they would be cleaned never were cleaned by the previous tenants. After we moved in we noticed that the kitchen sink had been leaking and caused mold to grow under the sink. Upon reporting this to Peggy I was told to "open the cupboard doors and air it out". I then explained that my wife, who was 9 months pregnant at the time, was allergic to mold. To this she told me that I should have noticed it earlier.

I rent a home managed by Richter. I haven't had many repairs needed, but anytime I have, Peggy has been very responsive and quick to get someone out to take care of the problem.

So far a great landlord been a really great experience before 2 million times better than an apartment complex
