I enjoy living at this complex. I really missed Shayla she is a loyal manager and would her best to make everything right for you. I wish I could have avoid the 30 day notice and the fee from the collection agency which has lower my credit score. However, I do wanted to pay the fee before I left on 10/28/2025. Now the collection agency Representative (Ruth) (National Credit System is stating I need to pay the amount of 469.00 by 2/27/2026 tomorrow, before heading out to a lawyer office! Great ball of FIRE! I was never late with the rent the entire 2024-2025 I was a resident. I would have paid the higher amount as stated on the lease and I did present myself twice to the office to pay the bill. From the Management to maintenance they are amazing! Our Management team Melissa & Shayla are always going above and beyond with a smile and genuinely care about the residents and property. Our Maintenance men are top notch as well! Nice neighbors and it's a modern beautiful property. I love my apartment, it's a good place to call home! 🙂❤️❤️

My experience touring these apartment homes was awesome! Shayla was professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. I was ready to move in that day.

I have had the privilege of residing on this property for a year and I have to admit that I am very satisfied with my living experience here at Richmond Senior Village. The amenities are exquisite and attractive. Community events and actiities are always fun. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the management team Melissa and Shayla. They are very prompt with their assistance to help in any way that they can. Maintenance service is very responsive as well. Hope that your future experience will be enjoyable as mine.

I have to thank my sister for finding this place for me. The time we visited the property we decided that it was right. I told the awesome management team that I wanted to apply right away. Seems like it was just a day and the application was approved. When I moved in found that my neighbors and the management team was so welcoming . The impeccable customer service of our staff always are working at going above call to be attentive the needs and concerns of the guests at Richmond Senior Village. I am very happy and comfortable in my unit. I moved in JUNE. LOVE the gated community and security.
