Scammers. Small company of incompetent employees. Frequently reassign people to properties as old managers/employees leave. You will receive hidden charges and absurd reasons for these charges. HIGHLY suggest you stick to living on campus. These guys have been stealing money out of the pockets of their tenants for years. Recently charged prior months utilities, TWICE. Almost $400 in utilities for a single month—average is $180~. These guys NEED to be audited. Very sketchy.
