I’ve had a great experience living here it is very quiet and peaceful over the years. The property manager Urvi is professional, friendly, and always helpful. Let me not forget to mention maintenance is quick, respectful, and fixes issues right away, she’s great! I truly appreciate how well the property is managed and let’s not forget the office staff Genesis and Julie are very professional!

It’s my third year going on here and really want to live here long time. Manager urvi is very nice and friendly and always have a family living experience here with all residents. Service requests are always promptly completed the same day without any worry or problem. All utilities working good. Good neat and clean environment. Rooms are well ventilated and comfortable. This is my 4th year renewing in the Richmond Estates property manager Urvi has been great! We have been with her since the start of the property. I am very pleased with the office staff and management. Thank you for having an amazing office staff who has been nothing excellent with me. Once again thank you all. I had a great experience living here for 2 years, great memories. I’m beyond grateful for everything Urvi did for my family and she’s seen my life progress since the start, my ups and downs I been through. Another thing, Genesis is very kind and friendly person sadly I had to meet her before moving out but you wouldn’t be disappointed God bless the management, thanks you so much!
