Homeless with children was reached out by staff and provided all required information to the contra costa housing portal as requested only for the manager to state they do not have access to the portal and that me and my kids were placed back on the waiting list: I received that letter today it gave me 14 days to appeal the 14th day is tomorrow and you have to appeal by mail 🤣 Let’s just hope this was my blessing in disguise. Either God saved me from living in a place where a manager doesn’t care about the job or the people to which my good doesn’t belong there. And or this kind of “we represent the housing authority but can’t see your documents we asked you to upload on there and when you called back and told us you uploaded the information to the website to which I also have a record
