Richmond Apartments

Update February 22nd! Richmond apartments has promised that there’s going to be a permanent solution this week! It has gotten better with the barking because they’ve been taking the dogs with them, when they leave! However, they’re doing uncivilized things like turning their TV up late at night, as a retaliation on me for reporting their noise violations! Also, they’ve been allowing a dog to randomly bark a couple of times, like at 1:30 in the morning! So by the time I roll over out of my sleep to record, they stop them from barking! I will continue to pray for God to pour peace, love, and consideration into their hearts! I will most certainly pray for the people who move in after me!!! Avoid this apartment complex like the plague that it is! I woke up to dogs constantly barking at 8:35 A

This apartment complex is awesome! Jorgen and Destiny both helped me fill out an application step by step, and I got approved! Upon approval, Jorgen reached out to me and let me know and gave me an updated move in date. I opted in for an apartment that would be under maintenance and be done by a certain date for me to move in, which may be a concern for some individuals. However, I strongly believe that regardless of that concern, the environment, the transparency and the extensive communication from the staff made it completely stress free. The whole process was made easy due to excellent staffing. They were kind, considerate and empathized with my needs. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

Move in was super smooth. Got my application approved with 48 hours and front office was super helpful with the whole process. Would for sure recommend for new and old renters.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had such a great experience at Richmond Apartments! The property is well-kept, safe, and feels like home. Anytime I’ve needed help, the staff has been quick and friendly. A special shoutout to Jorgen, Taylor Iesha & Josh!! they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They’re always professional, approachable, and truly care about the residents.

Today , I came into your office inquiring upon availability. Had the pleasure of meeting your Agents Jorgen Hernandez and Destiny Cullum. I had come once before and had a pleasant introduction to your apartment complex.Though had to leave years ago from the area always wanting to find where you guys were again. So grateful that I found your property again and was introduced to a five star introduction/tour by Jorgen. My hopes is that I can this time become a resident.Thank you so much Jorgen.
