We really enjoy hanging out by the lakes, walking the trails, and playing on the play equipment. There's a restroom and nice tables and benches. I do not know anything about the builders or the development as I've just used the recreational area.

Stunning, great quiet little gem of an area!! Paddleboard and kayak rental on the weekends too! Good times!! More like Great times... The sunset after this was unbelievable shame I couldn't get any pics of it.

Nice lake to walk around. For some reason the bathrooms were locked. The walk around the lakes is about 3 miles. You can take a shortcut between two of the lakes and make the walk slightly shorter.

Poor customer service to fix warranty issues and design flaws... get ready for the runaround. Better check your house with a fine tooth comb before signing and be ready to walk if they refuse to fix things properly. Edit: please do a better job building homes and don't ask me to email you when I've been in contact to fix these issues with your non helpful revolving door "warranty" representatives.

A true gem for dog walks. Beautifully landscaped with with wide well-groomed walking paths. It is clean with beautiful views. Great place for a stroll.
