Be careful if you buy a home from Richmond American. Have your attorney read the contract. On the flyer it said tile roof was included, but after they got our deposit that was extra. They hardly have anyone working on the house. When we try to reach the manager they don't return calls. When we call their head office in Colorado they say that call the local office. If you buy a home from them and have a problem then where will you go for help. Check their reviews at other place North Pointe. Beware! They will take away joy of owning a home from your family
