I dont know where this picture came from. I havent seen any area that look like this. Nasty not clean at all. Dont keep the grounds clean. Maint really tries but they are not capable of maintaining the apts as they need to be. If the dishwasher in your unit goes out instead of repairing it they just take it out completely & leave a hole. They do NOT replace the dishwashers. If they paint your apt they paint everything else as well. Not top notch painters at all! Dap around the walls where they installed vinyl or around the bottom of toilets... OH MY GOSH! A quarter to half an inch thick! Not a nice clean thin line like it should be. I mean if you looking for some cheap aparnments you are in the right place if you are looking for some premium high living you are not in the right place lol 😁😅😆 You getting what you paying for.

Lived here for 4 years. Only good manager was hector. All the other managers use the property at their convenience. Always have parties at the pool during the summer without opening it to the whole complex. Pool is only open for about a month in July and about 1 week in August. Also had rat issues all they did was put sticky traps. Maintenance doesn’t take long to fix issues. Parking is always a issue some people have more than 3 cars.

This is what you get if you rent here. The worst place I ever rented in dallas the last 24 years. Only stayed 6 months. Worst manager worst crew worst everything!!!!! Think twice before renting in this ghetto.
