Richland Park Apartments

I've lived here for around a year now and the property management has changed. They are now doing a lot of resident events and giving out free foods on holidays. Recently, my refrigerator was not working properly so I asked the manager if they could change it for us and they changed our refrigerator to a brand new one. It did take some time for them to change it, but it is because the property management has changed quite recently and they needed some time to adjust. They also have a lot of plans regarding management in the future so I'm overall pleased with how they dealt with my problem.

This has been a great place to live so far. The apartments are wonderful, the community is quiet, and management is excellent. Bea is especially wonderful—she’s friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. It really makes a difference! I would highly recommend!

My husband and I have lived here for 8 years. The management we have now is fantastic! Bea is so easy to work with and really cares about her renters. This is a very great neighborhood to live in!

I lived here for 1 year its very good living in this apartment and the management is very good Bea is the manger of Richland apartment she is helpful she helped me a lot when I asked for help she make easy and fast to be done maintenance so she amazing and happy helping me thanks for everything 🙏

It's rotting rapidly under terrible management. They couldn't care less about the apartments and their residents. It's hard to find anyone who's in charge. Their office is closed most of the times. They are hardly reachable by phone or email. When you submit a maintenance request, it goes to a blackhole. Way overpriced for the subpar quality of service! There are many better apartments for the price range. Avoid this headache!
