Richcrest Apartments

I’ve been living here for a couple of years now, and it has been a great experience. The office staff is always friendly, and management is responsive and quick to address any concerns that may come up. Since I’ve been here, I’ve seen consistent improvements throughout the property. They also do a wonderful job organizing events and activities for residents and children during the holidays and especially throughout the summer. It really makes the community feel welcoming and family-oriented.

I came in to get to see if I qualify with my imcome and the leasing agent Maria was so kind. Explaines everything so well but Sadly I am over the limit but I definitely will be recommending these apartments to people looking that ask me. The other young lady with long black hair was so sweet when I first came in for information

Looking for a place after something traumatic passes in your life is HARD. I was recommended these apt by a friend who had seen them get built came in Dec 2022 to apply, the process was long but well worth it! I had the pleasure to meet Rocio and she helped me so much, she was there to answer my sooo many questions I had! She was also polite and welcoming! Till this day I live here and she is still one of my go to persons in the leasing office! Very sweet and always checking if I need anything! Thank you for all you do.

I came here looking for an apartment and i absolutely love the office staff and it smells really good in there. The leasing agent Maria was very helpful and welcoming. My friend lives her and she referred me these apartments and told me to speak to Maria. We love her. My friend says her application process was smooth. I’m starting my application process with them as soon as I can :) Make sure you check out their model unit, it’s very nice and they are very welcoming

I don’t usually leave reviews but since I seen the scan on the door I said why not. This place seems like a very decent place considering the area it’s in and if it’s not, the staff for sure make it seem worth it. The fact that my appointment was with the leasing lady who was with someone at the time, the guy came out of his office and said he’d help. Not sure if he’s the manager but it meant a lot to have someone come from their office and help instead of making me wait because most people will just watch you. Even though I was told I make too much ,Mr. Demarco was very informative and broke it down to me how they work. He even told me to check with any property I go to if they are taxed credit or not because if they are I would run into the same issue. That will now help me save time. Al
