Richard is very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate business. He helped us to avoid some major pitfalls in the process of buying our new home and provided some really excellent resources (handy-man, plumber) that helped to make our transition easy. Richard was beyond helpful We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Richard Spurling. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. He is honest and hands-on and went the extra mile to assist us with our experience. We were located about 2 hrs from his office and he still found the time fit in to our schedule and make things work. Richard provided us with a great Portfolio to help us have a better understanding of what to expect when buying a new home. I still have the portfolio he created for us and will always refer back to it in the future if and when I purchase another home. Richard was down to earth and had a great personality which made some of the hard parts about buying a house go smoother.

He created a personalized home search list for me. I received daily updates. He was very responsive in setting up home showings. We're a family of four and we often changed our minds on how many would be going to view the homes. Which caused a bit of Covid paper rework but he was patience with us. I like the fact that he allowed us to pick the home of choosing with no pressure sales tactics. Once we made our selection and the closing process started he kept us informed and stay on top of the moving pieces. He checked on us to ensure we kept the workflow moving on our end. Working with Richard was not work at all as he was proactive in providing me information and guidance. His care and attention to detail throughout the transaction was amazing. He always had my best interest in mind and was able to provide quick responses to my questions allowing me to focus on my move and not be concerned about the transaction.
