Richard Lee was very nice and informative on our first call and gave us information on what to do to get where we needed to be for the home buying process to start but as the time went on he become very hard to get in contact with and very unapproachable. He would ignore my calls for days or call back at the end of day and give very little information. He waited until less than 30 days before closing to inform us that he wouldn’t be able to approve our loan after giving us a pre approval letter on the home we had picked out and then he didn’t even answer any of our calls after to figure out what could be done to fix it. He ignored the realtor serval times and got very disrespectful with me and the realtor when asking him to send paperwork or explain why things were changing so suddenly. I
