If we did not understand something all we had to do was text or call him and he would explain it. Many times he anticipated our needs and would call and explain the process to us. Every step of the process went smoothly because of Rich and the care he took in the process. Rich is completely professional and did everything he could to help us sell our home. Rich is the best!! We needed to find a home very quickly and he made it happen. Very professional but also very kind and someone you don’t mind spending half your day with looking for houses.
