Rice Terrace Apartments and Townhomes

I moved in just under a year ago and absolutely love the property. The property manager Adam is always willing to help with all your needs. Josh the maintenance man is awesome as well. As soon as you put a request in for something he’s calling you back with in minutes. I can’t say enough about this property.

My family relocated here from Mass. the amount of stress it was to try and figure out what areas were good or bad from 18 hours away .. there are no words. Working with Rice Terrace Staff has been a great experience. The stress was at an all time high and there were times where I felt like I needed a reply or call back the moment I sent the email ! But they responded in a timely manner (24-48hours). Signing the paper work was easy and when we were driving down they were nice and as accommodating as they could be with all the traffic we ran into ( they were willing to stay past their shift to check us in !) we arrived later then expected so we planned for the next day. Check in was smooth , moving in was as smooth as it could be . I wanted to post a review because I feel like there weren't

Just a heads up, for people with breathing issues, or who can't tolerate cigarettes or any other smoking, or have children, and don't want them breathing in second hand smoke, this is NOT the place for you. The ducts and ventilation systems are horrible, not sure, but it seems because of the paper thin walls and or ducts being connected, its like your smoking in your apartment and your not. Don't do it.

Roach infested business just want to take ur money they evict u faster than they approve u . definitely was a learning lesson for my first apt . wont make another mistake like this again . Gave us 10 days to move out when i thought you get 30 . they lied and said they didnt but they did .Just unprofessional all around .and im just glad to not be dealing with these ppl anymore

My best friend Velvia lived here for a year and she loved it. She wanted me to do this review for her. The property manager Megan and her assistant Keisha is all around awesome! The apartments are spacious and the maintenance guys do a good job keeping the apartments in tip top shape. The area is nice, quiet and close to grocery stores which is a BIG plus! I will highly recommend Rice Terrace Apartment homes to family and friends‼️👍
