We recently sold a condo in a community that had a history of mismanagement and was not eligible for conventional loans. Not only did Jill help us navigate these complications, but she got us a great price and made the sale so easy. Then she helped us find the perfect house for our growing family. Beware of working with Jill Rice and do not believe any representations not in writing. Jill Rice represented the seller in a transaction and it was unclear whether the seller lived in the home he had received a primary residence mortgage for. Jill repeatedly cut him off in conversation when trying to get clarification. Since moving in, there have been egregious code violations such as bathroom fans not connecting to outside exhaust and poorly done wiring.

I have dealt with many realtors but after finding Jill Rice there is only one that I want to deal with now! Her attention to detail and level of communication are unmatched! She listens to the needs her clients and doesn’t waste valuable time showing what she knows doesn’t fit! I highly recommend Jill and her team!
