Please do not rent or buy here! I rented through Ginger. The property on 1408 Armstrong had previous problems with the septic system. The owner was aware and the neighbors. He tried to force me to pay for it! I notified him on September29,2024 via telephone. It smelled horrible and the front yard had B/M coming out of the septic. I notified Ginger on August 2, 2024. She did not get a plumber out to the house until August 13, 2024. Then tried to force us to pay, which the house was built by the owner with used materials. We moved out, cleaned the house, and she gave me the run around about my deposit of $1400 which was absolutely ridiculous! The owner never wanted to fix things in the house. Very risky. Upon move out we received a date our deposit would return to us, ginger constantly kept changing the dates then gave us the final date of Dec 2. On Dec 2 she stated we wouldn’t receive our deposit because she had to paint a wall due to the color looking lighter than it originally was $1400. Also tried to charge us for a new system due to the owner using a rigged up old system that caused a major toxic pool of black fluids in front of our home for weeks until fixed unfortunately resulting in a hospital stay. As soon as the issue was fixed they left several pipes uncovered all over the front yard. They have been non-judgmental and have gone above and beyond what any other agents would do. Ginger and Tracy were the best!
