RIATA it’s amazing! I have to say this is such an amazing experience, the staff in office are friendly so helpful and really attentive to details. I’m in love with my unit thank y'all so much for helping me on my new endeavor <3 I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new place RIATA is the way!

So far, I really like this complex. It’s fairly well kept despite kids often leaving trash out. Neighbors aren’t too loud and there is always parking close by, you can park anywhere as a resident. Staff is very nice and has been very helpful in assisting me with issues.
