Unbelievably disgusting business practices, the contract this company sent me was the worst and most offensive I have ever seen, and I write contracts, licensing, and regulatory compliance documents for a living. If anyone wants to see what they're up to, get in touch with me and I will gladly send you their contract.

What a horrid company. Unethical real estate contracts. No support for minorities. I am in a state of utter shock at how dreadful my interactions with them have been. My recommendation: Avoid this company at all costs.
