I rented from RH when transitioning from the military. Over the five years I was with them, the rent stayed consistent, and the move-in and move-out processes were simple. We didn’t need to contact them often, but when issues came up, they were addressed quickly and efficiently. I appreciated their professional approach and am glad I rented from them.

That house they have on 7401 Marlbrook dr is terrible it’s not keep up at all.make the neighborhood look bad won’t cut the grass trees growing over the house I’m going get the city to come out and look at it.

If they had a button for 0 stars that would have been my choice. However I had to select 1 star. Upon my very first call Debbie was very rude stating she couldn’t hear me nonetheless she had her tv turned up that the people in heaven could hear it. So I called back tv still turned up to Heaven I ignored her rude behavior like if you don’t like your job find another career please as people are looking for a place to stay and your attitude will not be tolerated. Mind you I drove 30 minutes to view the property and she was a no show. I called and guess what she is still rude as ever again!!! It’s very un called for, for this type of rude and unprofessional behavior. Unfortunately the days and times we live in she will get the right person. I will keep this rude and very unprofessional careles

I can't agree more with the previous comment before mine. These people are depictable and have no moral for life. They lie horribly just to retain your security deposit. I don't recommend anyone rent from this slumlord that only nip tuck when it comes to fixing anything. However what God has for you is for you. I'm in another home 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms very well insulated. My new landlord was sent to me from God. All you can do is pray for people like this that only care about people they love. The rental office smell like a circus.

I HATE this realtor with all caps ! They do not upkeep residence at all we’ve been leasing for 12+ years and no updates or services have been properly provided. Nothing is ever resolved they’re cheap and do patch work . Very racist ! Homeowner should just give us the home for us to fix up & maintenance since they don’t do the job that comes with renting!
