RGS Title, LLC

This group performed my closing and deceived me during the process. When I went to sell the property I had to pay a significant amount to correct title issues that RGS should have covered during the initial sale. This is a fraudulent title insurance group also known as Stewart Title.

HORRIBLE experience. Do NOT USE THEM. THey were supposed to add a bill payment to my settlement, call my realtor to get it, wrote it on the paperwork and NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH. Months later I have late fees, and credit card fees to pay this bill because they did not do their ONE JOB properly.

MINORITIES BEWARE!!!!! This office/company does not like minorities so if you are one they won’t communicate with you or provide excellent customer service. I never received feedback as a First Time home buyer about the process and what to expect at closing. Closing time was changed and RGS never communicated that to me. I received communication more from the seller’s Agent than I did from my own realtor or RGS. It’s amazing once the see your ID or you in person how their customer service change. Both the buyer and seller are minorities and we both received poor customer service. I’m paying for a service and I’ll let you know know if I’ll get sued anytime soon because RGS didn’t title search like they’re supposed to. RGS Title has processed my house purchase and our refi over the last 3 years. They have done an excellent job on both events. They were on time, had the highest quality service and made no mistakes! Victor is a great communicator and kept us updated thru out the process. I will only use RGS Title! – Don

As a Realtor who has completed many transactions with RGS, they are the best in the business. I strongly disagree with the person who claims they are racist. I have never seen them given any differential treatment to anyone.
