Concierge realty brokers breached our contract to lease leaving my boyfriend and I in a very bad place. We sent all requested documents in a timely manner, signed the lease and let our current landlord know we will be vacating the apartment at the end of the month only to find out they had accepted another offer. These people still had the apartment listed as available and were showing it despite us being under a contract to lease. I can't understand how someone can be so unprofessional. Beware of any deals involving Concierge Realty Brokers as they won't care to screw you over!
