Terrible complex. They should be shut down immediately. The conditions are uninhabitable all over! The units are all occupied by the homeless leaving about 8 residents paying rent. The hallways and grounds are full of drug needles, urine and homeless sheltering everywhere. The website doesn’t work, the playground has broken glass and trash everywhere. Also there is no maintenance nor consistent leasing manager. They have over 30 code violations and no one has HVAC so the apartment give them window air conditioning. Someone needs to investigate this property. I’ve called for Mayor Andre Dickens and the Councilman Bhaktari to walk the grounds. It’s a nightmare in such a nice neighborhood.

.what make it bad is all the homeless people stand around or sleeping on the stairs or they put trash everywhere. I visit a friend for a month and no one is make the people leave or clean up behind they self.. they living on the stairs .it smell like pee and trash be everywhere .I told my friend to report the apartment. It kids that live over there and then deal Drugs and hanging out all night is not cool.

Close shopping area, close to little 5 points, close to the highway but also prone to homeless and addict people roaming around and hanging out out front. They've also changed management/leasing personnel 3 times since I've lived there which was about a year and some change. Not much space in apt. But of course do your own research and such cause one person's experience may be different than another.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS APARTMENT 0 STAR I WOULD SO UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE I SPOKE WITH SOMEBODY FOR 5 SECONDS SHE SAY SHE ACCIDENTALLY ANSWER THE PHONE I QUALIFED FOR THE APARTMENT THEN THEY DONT HAVE NO PICTURE OF HOW THE INSIDE LOOK I EMAILED THE PROPERTY MANAGER NO EMAIL BACK NO NOTHING IN THE PORTAL IT DONT SAY IF YOU GOT APPROVED OR NOT .. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT
