Revolution Mill Apartments

I’ve lived at Revolution Mill for almost five years, and I truly love it here! The property is very walkable, and I always feel safe. The residents are friendly, and the whole place has such a unique, historic vibe that makes it feel special. The gym is really nice too. Clean, convenient, and never crowded. I also love having restaurants and local businesses just a short walk from my door. It’s a wonderful place to call home.

We love living at Revolution Mill so much! The campus is vibrant and fun and our apartment is amazing. The staff is always friendly and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. We love the Yard area and visiting all the campus shops and restaurants.

Story time…. I had lived in Greensboro for years when life took an unexpected turn and I moved back home to Va in early 2014. I said I wasn’t ever going to move back to Greensboro after that but some time later one of my friends told me about this place called Revolution Mill opening up with these amazing apartments/lofts! I looked at the website and fell in love with the architecture, exposed brick, high ceilings, the infamous red pipes, the huge windows, and the vision of the restaurants, shops, and work spaces…needless to say I found myself moving back to Greensboro and was one of the very first tenants to move in. They officially opened February 1, 2017 and I moved in that week! I had to wear a hard hat to pick my unit and tour the place because they weren’t finished with construction

I love my apartment 😍😍😍 I moved here 7 months ago and I think I will stay here as long as I am in Greensboro. People always ask me if the price is worth it, and I say 100%. It is a quiet community that is safe. The staff here are always responsive and knowledgeable. I have met many people walking their dogs, picking up mail, or just coming or going to work; they are all friendly and always have a hello, how are you to say.

We are SO SO happy with our decision to move here! The apartment is amazing, the building is amazing, the restaurants are amazing, and the campus is perfect. The restaurants are SOLID places to eat. Jordan and Maggie did such a great job showing me the unit and communicating with me every step of the way. I have two dogs, and it is the most pet-friendly environment. That ease was crucial for me. They LOVE pets. I was so nervous about that process, but it was very simple! I read some reviews, but I disagree with every negative aspect of the building or process. I can hear my neighbors when they are talking loud or blaring a movie, but once I have my own white noise, I never hear them. We are just SO happy and excited for the year; I have been there a couple of months and am ready to sign
