Living at Revival Midtown was truly one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had. The property was always extremely well kept, especially the outdoor areas, which were consistently clean and maintained. The management team was amazing, and Rhonda in particular was outstanding—so helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring. Anytime there was ever an issue, it was resolved incredibly fast, making everything completely stress-free. I honestly have nothing negative to say and would highly recommend Revival Midtown to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Great location, part-time office assistance, awesome pool when it is not closed for an unlimited time so far to get filter parts, (it's been 2 weeks going on 3). Absolutely NO closet space. But there is a dog park and Pepsi Machine. Quiet, and really well taken care of. I recommend it if you have nothing that needs storing in a closet.

Great place to rent an apartment. Everything about living here has been enjoyable and the property manager as well as maintenance are very attentive to any needs the tenants have. Highly recommend.

I’ve loved living here! The complex is quiet and the street feels safe due to its location. The whole place is maintained well and any maintenance request is handled asap. I love the large, bright windows in the living area. I also appreciate the use of ceiling fans throughout the unit. Every amenity I need, I have; washer + dryer, dishwasher, dog park, pool, soda machine, etc. Rhonda is wonderful! Very attentive and helpful anytime I’ve needed something. My only complaint, is the closet space. Way too small for a girl with a lot of clothes! Other than that, I’d be happy to rent here again.
