Love the neighborhood, beautiful views, amenities, and the neighbors are amazing, BUT the quality of the homes for the price and customer service are atrocious! Have been living in the neighborhood for one year now and still have repairs that are incomplete in the home and the response time as well as quality of work leaves a whole lot to be desired. Unfortunately, majority of the home owners are experiencing the same problems with warranty items that are outstanding and customer service reps not being responsive and not following through on their promises. The homes are expensive but the quality of materials used and craftsmanship is very poor. It’s been one disappointment after another. My wife and I can comment from real experience, since we are homeowners at Reverence. We do wonder how many of the one-star ratings here might be hit pieces by rivals? For example, one suggested Toll Brothers as superior, noting that Pulte "releases lots for sale to maximize price". Well (1) yes they are a for-profit company, and (2) Toll Brothers and every other builder does the same kind of release process! Another one-star review said only "Perfect, if you want to live 3 feet from your neighbors", which is simply not true. Some lots have 30' and even 50' yards on one side or the other. Purchased a view lot in the Reverence development in July 2020. The entire experience from our first visit to the models and the sales office to our move-in 9-mos later and now our 1-year anniversary in the home has been fantastic. Everyone has been professional, knowledgeable and responsive. It’s a great development and a great community.

Have been very happy with our home building experience with Pulte. And 2 year later really feel lucky that we live in such a beautiful home. Very few issues to report. Have recommended Pulte in our neighborhood to friends who are currentl building with Pulte.

They are by far the shadiest home builder I've ever worked with. A few days after we signed the contract, they changed their prices on several option that we have already chose and agreed on. They wanted an ADDITIONAL $31k for corner sliding doors and 2 balconies. It would bring the total to $82k for just these 3 options! They said they "miscalculated" because there is a metal beam that's needed and they did not account for. It was very obvious they just wanted us to cancel our contract because the market has been going up and we were one of the first buyers for this community. We chose their Weston floorplan and would've spent about $1.1 million with our house. So glad we didn't.
