I had an excellent experience working with Amanda, the apartment complex manager. During the tour, she was extremely informative, answering all my questions and providing detailed information about the amenities and features of the community. The property itself is in great condition—well-maintained and clearly cared for. I’m still a bit away from making a decision, but I will definitely be reaching out to Amanda when I’m closer to my time frame to move forward. I highly recommend this community and Amanda’s professional, accommodating service!

Rent is way too high for what you get. Definitely not worth the value. When mold issues arrive from a leak from your neighbors they do not replace the drywall which leads to the mold growing back. There's constant inspections. Things look better from the outside. You pay water sewage and garbage! With ridiculous rent prices these should be covered in the rent prices. Would be tempted to do zero stars but the staff are really kind and maintenance is pretty knowledgeable and do everything in their means to fix broken things. In other words they would have fixed the mold issue if allowed. Don't come here if you have allergies or service animals. Parking is atrocious and if you want/need covered parking expect to pay ridiculously high fees.

I've lived here for about 6 months now and management had handled the pandemic really well and has found a way to keep residents happy. They respond very quickly to emails and maintenence requests (sometimes even the same day!) I enjoy living here, its close to work and the rent is about average for the size of the apartment. I have the 2 bed 2 bath unit and its great for 3 people. Perfect for two! Affordable enough for just two people and really inexpensive for 3.

I just recently moved in and the Community, office staff, and maintenance have been nothing but kind, and helpful. The property manager, Amanda, made the process very easy from start to finish, and she is always such a pleasure to talk to. Looking forward to my time here.
