Revere Crossing Apartments

I have been a tenant at Revere Crossing Apartments since 2016. I moved here after downsizing from a home in Yeadon. I love the area; it is a quiet neighborhood and it is great to take walks on a nice day. The Management service is excellent. I have never had a maintenance issue or problem that was not immediately addressed by the office. Gabby and Daniel are the best. I don’t know the name of the new team member who does the grounds, but he does a great job as well keeping the grounds looking nice. And, I cannot say enough about the office Manager, Trinia. She is so professional, pleasant, and always so helpful. I can’t speak for others, and they are entitled to their opinion but, I have no issues or complaints about anything; only praise. I am incredibly grateful and blessed to live in

It is a quiet neighborhood. Maintenence comes quickly..but I've been here 1- 1/2 years and only had 2 issues when I first came. The office personnel, Trina is pleasant and extremely helpful. My two issues are limited parking because cars park on our blocks that live in the houses around the corners and the weed smoking in the bldg, When you walk in the building which is all the time but at least it's just in the halls. Other than that, I love it here.

Convenient location; immediate response to any maintenance issues I have had ; Trina in the front office is always pleasant and helpful; great apartment size; on the off chance it snows, they were extremely efficient with assuring the walkways were clear, which I appreciate; definitely enjoy staying here.

I enjoyed my time at revere crossing apartments. The staff were always very helpful and polite and responded to maintenance requests right away. No issue i’ve had here was outside of the norm of any other apartment complex such as occasional neighborly noise and critters. It’s a beautiful neighborhood to take a walk in and a quiet complex. A great starter apartment.

Truthfully, it should not be legal for people to live here. Most of the reviews you see are as old as almost 5-6 years ago. Not sure if recent ones are being deleted or no new ones have been posted but I recently moved out of this disgusting slum that I lived in for only one year and I actually feel like living here has traumatized me. To start, the pictures of the units online are generated with some sort of AI technology. It holds the same general layout of the apartments, but it looks nothing like that in person. Everything is the typical slum lord special such as sloppy patched up and painted over walls, doors, frames, and even tiles.
