Revere at Sherrills Ford

I really like this residential complex. It is quiet and safe here. The apartments are spacious and cozy. There is a wonderful barbecue area and a swimming pool. I really like the Revere at Sherills Ford team, everyone is responsive and attentive to everyone. Special thanks to Kate, she is wonderful, smiling, and professional in customer service. Kate helped me fill out the paperwork, I didn't even have to worry about it. I am happy to live here and recommend this place to my friends.

Living here has been great. No issues at all and Kate in the office is amazing. She was extremely welcoming when I arrived for move in and ensured anything I needed was taken care of. She truly takes her time to give residents the best moving experience. Always takes time to say hello or wave!

I’ve lived here for almost a year and it’s been a great experience! Kaitlyn O was so helpful and supportive with all my move in questions and details. My dogs favorite person visits her daily for treats :) All of the staff here are wonderful, Kate W and Candi P always have a smile on their faces and are always ready to help!

This is my first time living on my own in NC after I moved from Florida. I love the Sherrills Ford area, so I went online and set up an appointment to look at apartments at Revere. Upon arrival, Kate W greeted me with her welcoming smile and bubbly personality. Long story short, I fell in love with a unit and started the moving process. The whole process from application to move-in, and every occasion since, Kate has been my go-to, ensuring I have everything I need to succeed. Answering any questions I may have, and fulfilling any requests that arise. She truly has the heart and the personality for her job and is a shining example of the professionalism Revere wants to embody.

I have lived here for almost four years, and until I purchase a home or move out of the area, I plan to stay with Revere. The customer service is truly unmatched — something that’s rare these days. The office staff, especially Heather, has made my stay as comfortable as possible. Maintenance is consistent in staffing, which is a big deal. There is real peace of mind in recognizing and feeling safe with the people who enter your home, whether you’re there or away. I am very protective of my dog and always worry about his safety, especially when I’m pulled away on extended job sites. The team goes above and beyond to make sure he is cared for. That level of consideration and consistency is not something you find everywhere — it’s what truly makes this place feel like home.
