I want to take the time to shout out the maintenance team especially Manny. I've been a resident here for almost 2 years. Anytime I submit a service request, they are fulfilled within 24 hours or even same day. Manny has been a pleasure to see around the community. He's helpful, friendly and an all around great person. He's knowledgeable and always positive. Great job Manny. I'm happy to see you thriving here at Revere at Mooresville.

Melanie made what could have been a very stressful out of state move such a smooth and positive experience for my fiancé and me. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the process clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable even from miles away. Her professionalism paired with her warmth really stood out. It felt like she truly cared about her job and helping us find the right place, not just filling an apartment. Thanks to Melanie, our transition to a new state and a new apartment was seamless and exciting instead of overwhelming. Manny was AMAZING!!! He came in and got straight to work. He was also kind enough to replace my filter as it was the main reason my apartment wasn't warming up. He changed my thermostat and replaced it with a much better and easier accessible one. My apartment warmed up in minutes and im so happy and cozy now. Manny was very professional and polite. 10/10 service !!!!!

I have lived at this apartment community for nearly one year, and upon the expiration of my lease, I will not be renewing. This decision is based on several ongoing concerns regarding management practices and the overall resident experience. First, I have experienced repeated instances of unprofessional and dismissive behavior from leasing office staff. On one occasion, someone vomited directly outside my apartment door. When I contacted the leasing office to request cleaning, I was informed by Ashley that this was “not something we handle” and that I would need to take care of it myself. When I asked how this was expected to be done without access to a water hose, she laughed and stated she did not know. Shoutout to Manny for being the on time maintenance man. Manny is professional and kind. When I had troubles Manny would go over and beyond to fix any problem big or small. The maintenance team overall come together when in need for sure. If you do not have a clean environment, great staff, and a maintenance team that knows what they are doing. you would dislike spending your hard earn money, but having such a environment makes it worth it. My Cons: Thin walls, floors, and insects. They will have pest control come every Monday at your request. Nothing perfect, but still worth it. Pros: Very Convenient to restaurants, movie theatre, and grocery stores. Nearby larger gyms, schools are great for any grade, peaceful area, pet friendly, not far from Lake Norman, love the diversity, friendly
