REVERB at Spring Valley

They went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure everything was handled perfectly. If you’re looking for an amazing apartment in Las Vegas, I highly recommend Reverb at Spring Valley. Reverb is a very nice apartment complex and has lots of amenities like a game room, gym, and common area, all of which are open to residents 24/7. There is also a nice pool and fenced dog park on the property. The property is kept in good shape and is well maintained. The location is perfect as it is close to Summerlin and Red Rock and there's a bus stop right in front of the complex that takes you directly to the strip with no transfers. The unit itself was clean and well renovated upon move in. The maintenance crew is very nice and quick to complete work orders if they're ever needed. Roccio and Ashtin made the move in process very quick and easy. I did have a slight issue with the carpet upon move in, but the leasing office and the maintenance crew quickly resolved the issue with a patc

Have truly enjoyed living at Reverb. To start the leasing staff, Ashtin and Angelica have always went above and beyond for me. Anytime you walk into the office they greet you by name and with a smile. They are always eager to help with anything they can. The community is well kept and quiet. The amenities are always clean and in good conditions. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and always quick to respond when needed. Shopping and restaurants all within 5 min. Hands down the best apartment I have lived in,in Las Vegas.

Awesome experience. While apartment hunting, I came across this place. Rocio gave me a tour, broke down the cost, and made me feel very welcome.She is also an excellent tour guide, very down to earth, and an awesome person. After signing the lease, her help didn't stop there. I did my walkthrough and she was very willing to address any concerns without any issue. Thank you Rocio and Reverb Staff. The experience has made my first apartment an easy/smooth experience.

I’ve lived at Reverb for over two years, and I’ll be honest, my experience under the previous property management company (Greystar) was extremely frustrating. Maintenance issues were constant, communication was poor, and overall it just didn’t feel like a place I was proud to call home. Since ConAm took over, everything has changed for the better. Ashitn has done an incredible job managing the property, and the maintenance team, especially Allyn and Danny, has been outstanding. Work orders are handled quickly and thoroughly, the grounds have improved drastically, and the entire team treats residents with genuine kindness and respect. What really stands out is how human and approachable everyone is. It’s clear they care about the community and take pride in their work. Turning this prope
