The maintenance crew here is top notch. Adan came to the rescue today, within 10 minutes at 10:30pm he was here to fix our AC unit. Professional and courteous, we also appreciate Mando who helped us immediately with a fridge issue we had, also around 10:30pm a few months ago. The team is quick and handle themselves like true professionals. Major shout out to the maintenance crew for always having our backs!!

Adan is one of the best maintenance men I have ever had, not to mention how nice he was. Not only did he fix our hot water heater that others had "fixed", he then inquired if there was anything else that needed to be worked on. I told him about my shower problems Adan proceed to fix my shower that was broken for months without having to file another ticket. If that is not one of the best maintenance men ever I don't know what is.

Adan from maintenance came out to us in the middle of a winter storm to make sure we are safe and comfortable- we had some condensation getting inside from the windows and I was very concerned about it with freezing temps outside. He brought us a dehumidifier to ensure our safety, we can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond. Thank you Adan!

Had a weird bug-like sound coming from my vents, and Adan from maintenance got it all sorted within a few minutes! I'm not the best at responding quickly, but he stayed on top of the communication through email and text until everything was resolved. Worked with my schedule too since I wanted to be home to explain the sound. Super kind, respectful of my space, and reliable—REALLY appreciate the effort!!!

Entered a service ticket for my Ac not cooling and accidentally submitted the request as a routine maintenance request instead of an emergency request. I informed the maintenance supervisor Adan and he quickly came out to get the ac running and working properly! Maintenance is definitely top tier here at Reveal at onion creek! S/o Adan!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
