Reveal 54 Apartments

Love the place been here a few years now. It’s quiet, wonderful floor plans, and I love the fact the garages are attached to the units. Only down side is parking for visitors, the resident leave the broke down cars in the visitors parking or just leave their extra vehicles they don’t drive in visitors spots so their driveway is clear. Most of the visitors for the back buildings have to park at the office because it’s very limited visitors parking for all the buildings. The staff use to be good with towing & Checking around the property for that but as of now not at all good luck finding an open spot for visitors.

Reveal 54 has honestly been one of my favorite places I’ve lived. The apartments are spacious and having an attached garage is a big win. The fitness center is really convenient as well and the pool is huge (definitely wish it was heated for the winter though lol). The office staff is genuinely cool, respectful, and responsive, which I really appreciate. Anytime something comes up, maintenance works hard to get it handled for us, so overall, it’s been a great community for us and a place I’m happy to call home.

I would like to start off by saying I do not want a response from Reveal 54, as I spent the entire month of December going back and forth with them and their responses to other reviews has been only to place blame on customers and take no responsibility for this nightmare move out. The property is great, management is ok, amenities are awesome. Price is ok for what you get. Move out is atrocious. I moved out the day before a holiday, was asked to schedule a “move out appointment,” which couldn’t be done on my move out day due to a holiday. I didn’t hear back from anyone until after I had already moved out. I lived in the apartment for 6 years, and was hit with over $300 in move out charges. I’m not sure where to begin, but overall my experience started off fine and ended poorly. Move-in was mostly smooth, though I was required to sign for items I never received specifically pool wristbands that were checked off on my lease. After realizing this during my move-in checklist, I spoke with the leasing agent at the time, Fernie (who no longer works there). He assured me it wouldn’t be an issue and that I could pick them up anytime if I needed them. Since I never planned to use the pool, I didn’t pursue it further. I was also asked to change my move-in date because the previous tenant had not vacated the unit. Since I had already ended my prior lease, changing dates was not an option. First time in Texas and I had a wonderful stay / vacation at Reveal 54 in Georgetown. I was invited by a friend. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful scenery!!! I felt like I was in a resort. Great amenities including a beautiful pool, well equipped fitness center, dog park. I highly recommend this luxury apartment.
