Retreat at Valencia Apartment Homes

New Year,new management company and a great start. Met the new manager Ron Rivera while he was touring the property. He is extremely pleasant, patient,courteous and helpful. A special shout out to the ladies in the front office Tiffany Ramos and Darianisse Rivera (hope I got the spelling correct)for helping me with navigating through the portal. And I cannot forget Kimberly Cortes, who is helping the transition from the old company to the new go smoothly. 4 stars for now, its still early, got to give them a chance to impress even more

Good start to the year! The new management and front office staff are amazing and have made a big difference. They’re friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The location is super convenient and the apartments have big, open layouts! Things are definitely moving in a positive direction here, and I appreciate the effort the new team is putting in.

Juan has been an incredibly helpful and professional representative for my apartment complex. He is always responsive, friendly, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents’ concerns are addressed. Whether it’s answering questions or helping resolve issues quickly, Juan consistently makes the experience of living here better. His positive attitude and dedication truly stand out, and the complex is lucky to have him the new company and management is very accommodating and understanding thank you Juan and all Retreat At Valencia representative.

I have visited Retreat at Valencia Apts. constantly as a friend of mine lives there. She loves living there. The apartments are roomy and pretty. There is a resort style pool, the playground is nice and there is a pool and fuzz ball table for resident's use. The staff is great; friendly, approachable and willing to help. Thanks Tiffany....

I must say this new management is amazing and I'm thrilled that Kimberly is still with us, as she is one of the best staff we've had here. The ladies at the front are also super friendly and approachable which is a direct reflection of interactions I have had with the manager. 5 stars all the way
