Retreat at Scioto Creek

My experience with the management of this building has been truly disappointing. From the very beginning, I received discriminatory and unprofessional treatment, mainly because I don’t speak the language fluently. I complied with every requirement they asked for: I paid the application fee, submitted my last four pay stubs, and provided my ID. Yet every time I came to see the apartment, they gave me excuses and told me to “come back tomorrow,” repeatedly denying me the opportunity even to view the place I was applying for. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of respect, empathy, and transparency toward prospective tenants. This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. Do not move here it’s a scam. They constantly add hidden fees onto your rent. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Maintenance is terrible and completely unresponsive. The office staff are extremely rude and never answer the phone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Don’t let the cute looks fool you ! Also can’t say cause the change of companies KCG IS HORRIBLE AND SO IS WINNECO!

I love living here it's very clean the apartments are a little small but for the price they are good I love the manager he's very friendly and very helpful it was a very welcoming atmosphere walking into the office I will celebrate one year here in June

DO NOT MOVE HERE , the amenities they offer basically included in your rent are not even given , the gym is never open to the time they say it is , the pool is closed half the the summer season , the office is ALWAYS closed , they act like they hate their jobs especially victor the leasing manager he is the worst , he has the rudest attitude, place is going to hell with the way the staff is , again don’t move here.

I love living here! I'm in a 1 bedroom apt and it's spacious, but its too bad the 1 bedrooms dont have a balcony/patio like the 2+ bedroom apts do. Neighbors are friendly and stay to themselves. Staff is amazing, especially Yolanda, she was very helpful and patient with getting me the apt I wanted. There's only 1 thing I don't like and that's all the noise from 270, and that's because I live in a building right next to it,....hopefully they'll put up a noise calming wall one day soon.
