Retreat at Nona Place

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this apartment complex. Long story short — I came to the office on Thursday, February 19 at 5:15 PM. The posted office hours say they are open until 6 PM, but the office was closed. I had previously made an appointment for Saturday (February 21). During that visit, a lady personally scheduled another appointment for Monday, February 23 at 5:15 PM through her system. She promised to show us a 3-bedroom apartment in person. I clearly explained that it was VERY important for us to see the 3-bedroom unit before making any decision. She specifically told me that one 3-bedroom apartment would be ready and that they would definitely be able to show it to us on Monday. She assured me the office would be open until 6 PM and that she would inform th

Terrible service and staff. We came three times for a tour. The first time, no one was in the office—even though it was still an hour before closing. The second time, they made us schedule for another day. The third time, we showed up at the scheduled time and the manager didn’t even have the keys or access to show the apartment. Each time I had to leave work early to come. Would not recommend these apartments.

Great place to live! The management team is very kind and helpful, and maintenance requests are answered promptly. Shout to Brandon for always taking good care of us and answering all my questions during the leasing process! The outdoor pathways next to the lake are a great way to walk my dog and there’s always a dog station nearby. Community areas are clean well taken care of. I love that this is a block away from a nail salon, Aldi and Chick-fil-a!

BEWARE OF THIS APARTMENT – THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE I moved in on July 1, 2024, and instantly regretted it. The leasing agent and property manager falsely advertised the unit. We were shown a model with custom closets in both bedrooms, and they assured us our unit would be the same. When we moved in, one bedroom lacked the custom closet, and the apartment was dirty, with yellow-stained cabinets and a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes. I immediately went to the office. Ivy, the property manager, said she’d have the closet installed and the vents cleaned, and offered a cleaning credit. I also requested carpet cleaning because of the lingering smell, which aggravated my asthma. A week passed no closet, no answers. I followed up again; she promised to look into it but never got b

As a resident, I can honestly say that Jiovanna Duran has provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She is always so welcoming, professional, and truly cares about the people who live here. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, Jiovanna has been quick to respond, patient in explaining, and always follows through until everything is resolved.
