I came to visit with the intention of renting, but unfortunately, they only have one trash bin, which is not enough for all the residents. It’s unpleasant that such a beautiful place has such a bad smell. One less customer. I feel sorry for the residents who live right in front of it.

I was too hard on this place. I grew up in this building for over 10+ years and even though the rent going higher and random guests can get brought in with no security when it comes to our pool. It's also important to know the improvements with lawn maintenance and roadway. One of the Neighbors will steal your packages but as long this building stays attached and my living room doesn't get any more leaks from the neighbors above. Adding a huge hole in my family wall, I will defend this place. I made a lot of memories in this place and it feels like home if I go away for too long. This building has evolved in a good way, but it can be better.

Visited a friend. Apartments are very nice. Wouldn't mind living here, if not for the manager. She's very Rude and does not do her job as she should. Doesn't do apartment upkeep. Carpet is old and stained, been wet and not cleaned. Remarks from other tenants. Been leaks with mold and just painted over it. That changed my mind quickly. Friend moved out.

I've lived here for almost a year, and was notified in August that they will not not renew my lease in December. I'm disabled and live on assistance. There is no handicap entrance or parking. Y The apartment is constantly damp and everything seems musky. Management has accused me falsy of things I'm not guilty of in order to have reason not to renew my lease. I got the notification in November, so I am good enough to stay here months after notice so the lease is t broken. Of course, breaking the lease would hurt their jobs Idk what's going on, but the pool is a complete lie, and I've just note had a good experience here, plus all my stuff is mildewed. Geez, I hove this place a half of star. Geez

This place is a joke! The staff comes and inspects the apartments basically once a month and proceeds to berate you if the place isn't perfectly clean. Yet if your apartment is actually in need of maintenance then you're 100% out of luck because they're not going to do anything about it. On two separate occasions they didn't even knock before they came in. They just turned the key and barged right in. That is unacceptable in general much less since we have an 8 year old daughter. The office staff is absolutely worthless, no matter how much they make they're definitely overpaid. What they are good at however is getting renters, where they lack is in EVERY single other function of their job.
