We are beyond grateful for our leasing agent carmen and the incredible experience she gave my husband and I from the very beginning. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer our questions and making us feel truly welcomed. You can tell she truly cares about her residents. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so thankful for all her help in getting us into our new home. Highly recommend her she is amazing.

I’ve lived here for two years and my experience has been consistently great. Maintenance and management are responsive and show up when they say they will. I’ve never had pest issues, which says a lot about how well the property is maintained. Packages are safe and secure. In two years, I’ve never had one stolen. The units themselves are very spacious, which was a huge selling point for me and still one of my favorite things about living here. This community is well run and has clear rules that are actually enforced. If you don’t like keeping your dog on a leash or following non-smoking policies, this probably isn’t the place for you. For residents who value a clean, respectful, and orderly environment, it’s a great fit. Overall, a solid, well-managed complex that I’d absolutely recommend.
