I love this place. I’ve been here a year and a half going on two years. They’re very good at doing your work orders never had a problem. The Maintenance men are always very polite and when you put in a work order, it is done in a timely manner, Ty one of the maintenance guys he’s pretty good at doing his work orders on time. And the ladies in the office, Kristy and Jules are some amazing women if you have a situation or concerns, they get them done in a timely manner. I love you ladies

This review is more directed toward the tenants because the whole place currently smells like a farm full of waste . The tenants clearly don't like to pick up after their dogs; they leave the waste on sidewalks, and on every piece of grass you step on, you'll most likely step in it . When the wind blows, cover your face, because the dust will blow in your face, mixed with traces of dog waste. Maybe that's why I ended up with infected eyes. When I park, I smell the waste from a distance; that's how concentrated the air is around here. Shame on the tenants with dogs; clearly, you aren't lazy enough to take them out to poop , but you are lazy enough to pick up after them. And for the office staff, I'm sorry that you have to deal with tenants like that, making it hard to keep the complex nice

🚨🚨🚨UPDATE: There was ANOTHER shooting on the evening of 9/6/2023. Also, they called themselves cleaning the laundry room, yet it still manages to look filthy. They do not wipe down the machines AT ALL. The laundry room should be throughly cleaned 1-2 times a day. They are dirty and don’t care. Also, they do not have a maintenance team. They haven’t performed any maintenance duties this entire year for ANYONE. They charge you for pest control and they don’t come spray. They are scamming and scheming and don’t value the tenants who are the reason they have a pay check. Honestly, everyone should stop paying rent all at once and leave negative reviews about this place on everything and report them to the local news and Facebook groups. Filthy property. I want to give a shout out to the maintenance crew and Miss Kristy Welch for their service in my apartment. The situation was very frustrating and their diligence to figure it out worked. I appreciate the hard work.

Melissa and Jules, the office staff, are really nice and very helpful when I have a lot of questions. It is my second year living here, and I have never had an issue with renewal or any transfer. They're doing a lot of work to make the apartment complex an even better place to live. If there are ever any issues with anything, they make sure to get it done as quickly as possible.
