We met Glenn and Kari at a Real Estate meet up in Greenville, NC about 1.5 years ago. I was instantly drawn to their open, friendly, and knowledgeable presence! A few short weeks later we sold them a wholesale where we watched Glenn at work going through extensive steps to help the seller, teach us, and create a win for all parties involved including the bank!! He succeeded with flying colors and all of us got what we needed. Very soon after we had an opportunity to be a private money lender for a house he had purchased to sell on a lease option. Our interest was paid on time each month and our principle was returned. I chose to reinvest my money in another house and have done so about 4 or 5 times now. We got another house under contract where Glenn, once again, took very good care of us.
