Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Very immature young ladies at the front, do not act professional in any manner. They need to learn how to control themselves when dealing with certain situations and people. lol looking into their responses to google reviews are funny to read and shows you the immaturity at its finest. They speak disrespectful over the phone but when in person turn white as ghosts. Turned over a property on the third of the month yet submitted for an eviction on the 7th/9th of the month which makes absolutely no sense. Another reason is for the other tenants they blatantly ignore maintenance request. Very poor, miserable property management group. Wouldn’t expect anything less in 2025, their generation is fried.

Amazing company! We have been a client for over 6 years now. At first, we were renting one of the properties that the co was managing. The owner, Feliciano, and the office administrator, Oshin have always been very helpful and responsive to any issues or any concerns. A few years later, when it was time to sell our house, we chose Feliciano as our realtor/broker, and of course he excelled our expectations, sold our house within 3 days of listing, stayed in constant communication and guided us through the process. If you need any real estate services, this is the company to choose.
